Lamar Richardson (CEO)

Lamar Richardson is a 2x Tony Award®-winning producer and award-winning actor. In 2024, he made history as the youngest Black producer to win two Tonys® in one night for his work as a Co-Producer on Merrily We Roll Along (Best Revival of a Musical) and Appropriate (Best Revival of a Play). In 2015, he received his B.A. from Columbia University. Shortly thereafter, Phylicia Rashad discovered Richardson and cast him as 'Sylvester' in her 2016 production of August Wilson's Ma Rainey's Black Bottom at the Mark Taper Forum. Most recently, he has appeared on screen in episodes of Law & Order: SVU, Blue Bloods, FBI, and New Amsterdam. He will next be seen in Amazon's The Better Sister and Richard Lawson's Black Terror, which is co-produced with Tina Knowles-Lawson. On Broadway, Richardson made his debut as a Co-Producer of the Fall 2022 revival of Arthur Miller's Death of a Salesman. Other Broadway producing credits include New York, New York, The Wiz, Gypsy, Othello, and SMASH. Richardson made his film producing debut as a Co-Producer of Bleecker Street's 2024 comedy, The Fabulous Four. In March 2023, Richardson produced and starred in a staged reading of Afrika Brown's The Fight as a part of The Apollo Salon Series. He was also the recipient of Stephen Byrd and Alia Jones-Harvey's 2022 Front Row Productions Fellowship at Columbia University. Richardson is a member of SAG-AFTRA, Actors' Equity Association, and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

Zaire Julion-Richardson (Co-Founder)

Zaire co-founded Ivy Lion in 2021 after a wealth of industry experience and expertise. She was an analyst at NBCUniversal, a TV Talent Assistant at ICM Partners, and she worked in development & production at Courtney Kemp’s production company, End of Episode, where she worked on shows such as POWER on Starz and ABC’s Get Christie Love pilot. She was 1 of 12 participants in Diverse Representation’s Black Entertainment Executives Pipeline Program. Zaire obtained her MBA from Columbia Business School and B.A. from Johns Hopkins University.
